Pedestrian access from Harbor?

Anyone know if it's easy to get to Disneyland/DCA/Downtown Disney from the Hotels on Harbor Blvd? Can you walk direct to the Parks?(Not having to snake thru the Parking lot on foot)or do you have to catch a shuttle at the new Guest drop off? (any new routes for pedestrians? overpasses, sidewalks...)

There is a safe pedestrian walkway from Harbor Blvd. The pedistrian corrider extends from H.B. to the DLH, connecting DL Park, DCA and all the entertainment and shopping venues.
