Pecos Bills!

Our family loves Pecos Bill's! We eat there for lunch several times each trip. Awesome fixins bar. The food doesn't really seem any better than any other place in the MK though. We mostly just like the atmosphere and the access from both Frontierland and Adventureland. It gets extremely crowded during peak times so you will need to designate a "table finder" in your group while others are ordering.

I had heard so much about Pecos Bills prior to going, I was really looking forward to it. We were not overly impressed. DH said that the burgers tasted like cardboard and made him long for when he was in grade school and they had burger day. My dad agreed, and our sons didn't like their burgers either.

My mom and I had chicken wraps. They were fine, but nothing we'll go rushing back for.

Just think though, with those of us who don't like it - it's fewer people in line for those of you that really do like it!

Gosh - we've eaten there numerous times and it's always been good - most recent was last July. I hope it hasn't gone downhill like so many places have with the huge demand of the dining plan. We'll be there in June and it's the first place we plan to eat! Yikes!

Before our trip, I read all the rave reviews about Pecos Bills and thought to myself, 'this is one place I've gotta eat at'. As it turns out, the fixins bar turned a terrible burger into an edible burger. To call it the best burger joint in the world is diminishing your credibility.

Pecos Bill's = best burger at WDW? Well, I suppose if you think that loading a burger down with more stuff than actual burger makes it the "best". If it weren't for the fixings bar all you would have is the standard WDW fast food burger.

Been there quite a few times...
on my most recent visit, I tried the BBQ Pork Sandwich which was very good. I recommend it. 2 of us had Cheeseburgers and the other 2 had the Taco Salad, which they said was also very good and plentiful.

I think the burgers are fairly average, but for a CS, you really can't beat the fixins bar, it's worth it just to go for that. We used to go to Cosmic Ray's for CS, but now we come to the other side of the street.

Let's see if I can remember everything

-grilled onions
-grilled mushrooms
-lettuce
-tomatoes
-pickles
-mustard/ketchup/bbq sauce
-salt/pepper
-and all the normal stuff like straws and napkins

they used to have cheese sauce but it's not on the bar anymore, i think it's still available but you might have to ask for it behind the counter.

I'm probably forgetting something. Please add to the list.

Peco's Bill's recently has become a hit or miss on burgers they don't seem as good as they used to be. The Plaza restaurant in Magic Kingdom has a good burger and steak sandwich.

Fixing bar is good....burger...ehhh....a fast food burger and a mediocre one at that.

The BEST burger in the World is at Le Cellier!! Yum!!
