Pecos Bills Menu Question

Has anyone eaten here recently? Leaving in a couple weeks. Do they have a Tex-mex option on the kids menu? Seem to recall seeing a version with a quesadilla. Also, vegetarian options?

It's really not all that Tex-Mex. It's Mexican, but not Tex-Mex. More Chipotle than Tex-Mex.

No vegetarian option, unless you can get the salad without the chicken. No quesadilla on the kids menu.

PS. All of the restaurants should have their menus online.

For vegetarian options you can ask for the burrito or the salad without meat. But I found a more cost effective choice was to order a side of beans and a side of rice - I dumped those on a plate and added lots of toppings - delicious!
