Pecos Bill Toppings Bar?

Does any one know if they have a toppings bar at Pecos Bill?

Yes, they do and it's awesome.

Guacamole, shredded cheese--jack and cheddar, pico de gallo, red salsa, green salsa, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, etc.

I recommend getting the fajita platter and splitting it. It's plenty for two people.

Pecos Bill's is just great -- and the toppings make it one of the best fast service dining venues in all of WDW.

We haven't eaten it, but in December, it looked so stocked that you could buy fairly plain nachos and make a taco salad with it.

Yes they do and it is absolutely fabulous! Tons of options. Amazing guacamole. Wishing I was there now loading up on toppings
