Pecos Bill - Toppings Bar

I read in this forum that Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn has good burgers, but the that toppings bar is what makes this place awesome. However, when I looked at the menu, I saw that they charge a higher prices for burgers topped with more stuff:

#2 1/3 lb. Angus Cheeseburger - Served with your choice of French fries or Apple Slices - $8.29

#3 Deluxe 1/3 lb. Angus Cheeseburger - Topped with Bacon, onion rings and BBQ sauce. Served with apple slices or french fries - $9.29

I'm wondering what kind of toppings are in this topping bar? Do they have just veggies?

Sauteed mushrooms, Sauteed onions, raw onions, cheddard cheese sauce, pickles, tomatoes, lettuce, ketchup, mayo, mustard, croutons, dressings for the ceasar chicken salad, parmersan cheese.... and I'm sure others that don't come to mind at this moment!

I was seriously impressed with the fixins bar at Pecos Bill's. No bacon, but they had a TON of stuff to put on a basic burger. You won't be disappointed.

The toppings bar are the elements listed which are in addition to what ever is on the burger you order. You order your burger and once you receive it, you move to a separate area that is the toppings bar. It is full of good things you yourself add.

I'll add to the list - salsa, sour cream, jalepenos (I always get the taco salad - can you tell?)

Ditto all the above. We go there every time and the toppings are what makes the place.....excellent...I get the taco salad, rest of my family gets burgers .

I have never seen the sour cream at the toppings bar but they do give you one when you order a taco salad...and they will give you two if you flirt

We prefer the food at PB, mostly for the topping bar I think and it isnt a nuts at Cosmic Rays

I have been known to test the limits of good taste, and the honour system at the Fixins' Bar.

When I was there in June, the buns seemed a little better. Softer and not so crumbly. They actually held up till I was done my Pecos Bill Burger this time, which they haven't in the past little while.

I hope that this continues to be the case because when we were there in March, I swore to myself that I would never eat a Pecos Bill's burger again. And this is coming from someone who has never missed a trip to Pecos Bill's any time she was in the Magic Kingdom ever since she started visiting WDW back in 1996.

With the exception of the dressing and etc for the Salads, all the other things you mentioned are on the fixins bar at Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe.
