Pecos Bill Menu Change?

Hey boards,

Did PBC have a menu change that eliminated French Fries? Do they still have that awesome fixins bar? My DW remembers getting fries there and using the fixins bar to make them cheese fries. We just checked the menu for and upcoming trip and it looks like there are no fries.

Yes the menu changed many months ago. It is more a Tex Mex focused menu.
The hot cheese has been gone from All of WDW for a long time

A few months ago they went to a primarily Mexican or TexMex menu. The fixins bar is still there but the liquid plastic cheese is not.
