Pros:
Convenient location
Indoor and outdoor seating

Cons:
Not enough seating
Tables crammed in too close together
Drinks are made as soon as you order and are watered down by the time you get your food
Too many dirty hands in the condiments bar not using utensils


Well, this is counter service, so what can I say really?

My pros and cons pretty much sum up my review.

I wish that Disney would close this place and do a refurbishment that would allow more seating and maybe take away the condiment bar. I like being able to have as many pickles and as much lettuce as I would like, but I am thoroughly grossed out when I go in and see all of the children and adults placing their hands into the condiments instead of using the tongs that are provided for them. I cannot tell you how many of these people I see with dirty hands or fingernails.

I also wish that counter service restaurants, but especially this one, would not fill your drinks until they have your food. I always find that my drink is watered down when I get it from counter service, but especially this one. My guess is that is it because it is so hot in that kitchen that the fountain drinks never get cool and then the heat melts the ice in my cup, too.

So anyhow, now that I sound totally picky, you know my thoughts on Disney's counter service eateries.

Pecos Bill was horrible in April for all the reasons you list. I will not go there again. Trash spilling out of trash cans, bathrooms disgusting, people leaving trash on tables, fixin's bar a mess. No thanks next time

Wow I have always loved Pecos Bills never thought thought of all the dirty hands on the condiment bar tho..EWWW! Same reason I dont normally do buffetts..Hopefully things will be improved when we go in Sept..Its one of my faves..

Bluejasmine, years ago, Pecos was one of our favorites. The quality has just gone down immensely since. I am not a fan of CS in WDW, but this one I always have high hopes for. I was let down.

For your trip in September, I hope it is a lot better as well.

Well, it IS counter service. I love the location as well and this was the first place we ate after arriving at WDW last year. I remember siting outside on a low wall since it was spring. Very convenient...I would say average fair for CS.

I enjoyed Pecos Bill's on my last trip. A treat was when Woody and Jesie nad the gang paraded by. A totally unexpected treat!
