I may be wrong, but didn't they have an area they would actually dive into a pool for the oysters instead of just the aquariums in the shop?

Am I completely wrong on this or did they do it at another park somewhere? I feel like I saw this somewhere...

So, it was never at Epcot?

I must have seen pictures years ago and just thought it was at Epcot...

We had about a 10 year gap from 2003 to 2012 between visits and I had done some research for my niece's 1st trip which was in 2012, but we had planned, booked and canceled several trips before that! I must have seen photos and thought it was at Epcot.
