We just returned Saturday from Carribean Beach & before we left I went to use the remainder of our snack credits. I grabbed some bags of Chip & Dales Pretzels & a bag of chips & a small bag of peanuts that were priced at $2.00. The CM rudely told me that peanuts were considered "merchandise" & could not be purchase using snack credits. HUH? They were in the same packaging as the pretzels & they were only $2.00. Why on earth are the considered merchandise? They didn't have a good variety of snacks to begin with & I thought this was a little nuts! I was aggravated but didn't really want to make an issue of it. You think the CM was wrong?

Huh.....that's funny! The CM at the Poly explained to me that snack credits could be used for almost anything $4 and under, that could be "consumed immediately", with a couple of exceptions. I got this answer when I asked if the Mickey Pasta was included as a snack credit ($4.00 bag....it was not). We had no problem using the credits for Minnie's cookies, tins of mints, the big bag of pretzels, even the Mickey shortbread cookies. I would assume that nuts would fall under the same category....:confused3
