Any suggestions? I hate it that my DD does not get to partake of the beautiful delicious cupcakes all over the World! Has anyone had experience finding some that are nut free anywhere? I know that Babycakes in DD (disney springs) is allergen friendly but they do not guarantee nut free! Would appreciate any good ideas!

BOG has a nut free kitchen and makes their cupcakes on site. All their cupcakes are safe aside from a sprinkle topping IIRC. Gaston's next door shares the kitchen so the cinnamon rolls are also safe. As for Babycakes, they use Bob's Red Mill GF flours which are CC for hazelnut and almond and coconut oil is extensively used. If those aren't tree nuts you have to avoid or are okay with BRM, Babycakes would be an option too.

If you order at the kiosk or online for BOG it will say the cupcakes aren't safe. You need to ask for a chef and they will leave off the sprinkles/pearls. They do still include the chocolate decor so they still look cute. Some of the resorts have cupcakes in packages in the fridge that did have a bazillion ingredients but no nuts and no allergy warning. I know the oreo mickey ear one at POP for example when I was there in April. I didn't really trust that it was made in a nut free kitchen though I think the labelling was just lax but I'm OK eating from a made in the same plant product. Generally though those cupcakes look way prettier than they taste and I'm satisfied having some at BOG and other treats other days.

Oh thank you very much! We will definitely try BOG and gastons! Yay!

I have to agree with DCDisney. In our experience, most of the cupcakes (especially the birthday ones) are sickly and/or otherwise fairly tasteless. The birthday ones just stick to you mouth/teeth and it's no loss to take a photo and then just not eat them! ... or the buttercream is incredibly sickly. There are so many nicer pastries and things which you could source which will be much nicer to eat (subject to allergy suitability, of course).
