Peabody Orlando to Disney

I plan to attend a conference during the first week of January at the Peabody Orlando. It is on International Drive near the civic center.

We will probably drive, but hubby would like to go to Disney parks while I'm in the conference, and I may want to join him later in the day, or may want access to a car. The problem is that we will only have one car.

The Peabody website does not mention transportation to Disney.

Hubby has considered that we stay on Disney property so that I can drive to the conference. I'm very concerned about being able to get where I'm going in a timely manner, and feel better about staying at the Peabody.

Any thoughts?

PS, the thought of being at a conference while hubby goes exploring Disney is about more than I can stand.

According to the Peabody's website, they do offer shuttle service to WDW. I found a reference on Oyster.com that the shuttle is charged a fee (round-trip, per person).

Take International Drive south to 528 west(Beach line exwy) to I-4 west where you'll see the exits for wherever you're going to in Disney.If you want to stick to ground streets you can just take International Drive south until it ends at 536 where you'll turn right and will lead you directly to Disney property.Taking I-4 expect a 10-15 minute drive to Disney,staying on ground streets closer to 20.
