Is this restaurant open for lunch? We leave tomorrow for DL and had planned on having lunch there.

According to the Disneyland website, it is only open for Breakfast and Dinner.

According to Birnbaums this is open for lunch as well. However Birnbaums is sometimes wrong (they keep printing that Matterhorn has fastpass for example) so I would check with Disney Dining at 714-781-3463. Also that way you can make a ps so you won't have to wait as long. This is the place I believe where kids can design their own pizza.
