PC...is there standard king or not?

I've read that Pop has standard King rooms (which I believe means a regular bathroom....not an accessible shower...right?)

But when I called back to make a payment and to put a room/building request on my ressie.....I was told all they had were King accessible. And after browsing through the great Pop thread a couple of pages down....I came across a PC floor layout showing where the standard Kings would be located.

Since I wasn't sure about the standard King (we need the tub for our 2 year old)...I said a double room was fine.

Do I call back? I hate to be a pest. Can someone confirm that there really are King standard rooms and that the PC floor plan posted is accurate for all buildings PC LAYOUT

When I called and asking when booking my last trip (May 04) they did have standard kings. I'm not sure of the layout though. I'd try calling back and asking again. Sometimes it depends on which CM you're talking to.

They do indeed have standard kings. Check out the first page of the Pop Century Groovy FAQ for exact count.

I would call and check again. I was told at one time that Pop didn't even have king rooms. I guess it really does depend on who you talk too as to what kind of info you get.

They do because we stayed in one when we went on vacation in July 2004. I forget the room number but it was a great room. It was on the 4th floor of the 60's building over looking the pool.

I just called and made my final payment...and the CM I spoke with this time said yes there were standard King rooms but limited.

So I said I'd like to request that with a connecting room. She said THAT was not possible. If I wanted a connecting room it would have to be with 2 double rooms. I mentioned to her that I saw a building plan (the one here) that showed King rooms with connections. She didn't know about it, but said would put it on the ressie.

I just don't get how so many CM's have different info on the same topic!

So, I guess I'll just have to wait until check-in to see what I get. Hoping for some *magic* to happen!
