PBH Rooms w/sofabeds....?

Is there a room at the PBH, (Garden or Deluxe) with 2 queen beds and a sofa bed? My husband would also love a balcony if that possible? Should I request a certain room number? I would appreciate any advice about the PBH, we are going the middle of October. Thanks Sam

Queen-Queen rooms at the PBH do not have a sofa bed. Selected king rooms may have a sofa bed. As for a balcony, you may request it, but they cannot guarantee it. Also not all balconies allow you to walk outside.
