What do the symbols mean on the key. Mine had A1 * Then next to my name below that it had **++

What does that mean if anything?

That is code for "This is a very difficult guest". Honestly, I have no idea. We had the A1* last time, but they screwed up majorly and this was on the keys when we were replaced and issued new keys.

"A" means adult. * means you have charging privileges.

I've had room keys with the 1 and without the 1. Never noticed any difference whatsoever.
