PBH and Loews email addresses?

I thought I may have seen this on here previously, but I did a search and couldn't find it. I have a few issues I'd like to address to the manager of PBH and also to Loews regarding my stay this past week. Nothing major, but I was a bit disappointed in the resort this year. I stayed there last year and everything was so nice and ran smoothly. Not this year. Had a lot of little problems, mostly with housekeeping and billing. Just enough to dampen my spirits a bit. I felt that I had to call Star Service every day in order to resolve my problems. Not a very relaxing time when I have to keep on them about things that should be done automatically. I just felt the hotel was not running up to the usual standard.

So does anyone have these email addresses, or should I write letters to the mailing address? Thanks.
