Kind of a dumb question, but important in a my-son-is-the-pickiest-eater-ever way.

We are having a meal at the Plaza Restaurant. On allears it shows that they have a peanut butter and jelly sandwich as a choice for the kids meals.

Sigh. Does anyone know if this is a premade thing like an Uncrustable (I don't know why I seem to think it is), or if it's just a sandwich -- and I can request it just to be PB without the J??

I feel so dumb asking this!!

We ate at The Plaza last month and while no one in our party had PB&J I would bet that it's NOT a pre-made sandwich. My 5 year old had a turkey sandwich which they added tomatoes to for her and it was obviously just made in the kitchen and cut into a Mickey head. We all really enjoyed our meals - I can reccomend the Plaza Club!

You probably think it is b/c that seems to be what PB&Js are to Disney.

Which is a bummer for us b/c they are loaded with corn syrup and high fructose corn syrup, which DS can't have! (then again he never much liked them to begin with, and it was painful the two times I've bought them at disney and a zoo b/c they are so cheap but places charge SO much for them).

Hope you get an actual answer to your question, rather than just my reply! :)

I've never seen anyone with one there and we eat there alot. My grand kids really enjoy their grilled cheese. Actually my adult daughter often gets it too. They rave about it. Maybe that would be an option. Other than that, maybe buy one and take it with you and give it to the server to put on a plate for your child.

I've never had one there, but I would think that it's not an Uncrustable, or it would probably say on the All Ears menu. Hope you find an answer :)

I just read in someone's dining review that their DD had a PB&J at the Plaza and it was a real [not uncrustable] sandwich cut into a Mickey-head shape!:thumbsup2

It was a real pb and j when we were there at Christmas.
It came with a huge portion of fruit. I think you could choose between
sliced bananas and grapes. My daughter chose the bananas.

The last time we ate there, about a year ago, my DD got it. It is a real sandwich, cut into a mickey head. It is really soft and she loved it. It come with some yummy creamy tomato soup and fresh fruit.
She then got a mickey sundae for dessert. It is one meal I can get her to eat the whole thing.
Out of all the kids meals, this one is right on.
