PB - Bay view or HRH - pool view room - which one?

I am so bad in deciding which room to choose. Originally decided to book a garden view room at HRH but only pool view rooms available at AP rate - are these noisy - have all the rooms a great view? However the Bay view room at Portofino Bay is similar price ($199 v. $194 with AP) - are these a much better bet? Do the rooms at HRH overlooking the pool and Portofino overlooking the bay have balconies?

DD was set on going to HRH - she will be 17 and into rock music - we have only stayed at RPR (3 times - and like it very much) - also the RPR is $180 cheaper over the 3 nights (standard room) and this would cover a couple of TS meals. Oh decisions, decisions - can you help?

We prefer RPR, PBH much to quiet. The $180 like you say would be a couple of dinners.
i you stay at PBH i would go with the Bay View room there.
