Disneyworld.com accepts the following payment types:

• Diners Club Charge Card
• JCB (Japan Credit Bureau)
• Disney Gift Card
• Disney Cream Reward Dollars
• Disney Visa Instant Credit

Although it's theoretically possible that additional payment methods (like PayPal) may be available by calling the Disney Reservations Center, I think the likelihood that anything is different from the website is close to zero.

You can get a debit card for your PayPal account.

You can also just transfer your funds to your bank account, pay with a credit card then pay off the card.

You can also use paypal on disneystore dot com for their gift cards and then use the gift cards to pay for the resort/tickets.
