Payments made with Disney Visa points

Does anyone know if payments made towards a Disney vacation with Disney Visa points if those points go back on to the card if the vacation is cancelled?

Yes, if you cancel within the parameters of your package or room-only terms and conditions, payments go back to your original forms of payment.
