Ok everyone i am getting just a little worried, my last payment was due on 12th a made a payment of $500 which left me with a amount of $842.06 due, i told my travel agent that i could make that payment today, but was worried that i would lose my vacation with disney (like they would cancel it). I have e-mail my travel agent today to inform her that i was ready to make the final payment. I have called to and ask if she has gotten my e-mail (left Message). I need to call the bank to transfer the amount and to let them know how much so that they will not red flag it, for going over the allowed amount on a daily bases. What do i do should i wait for her (we have used her in the past) or should i call Disney myself to make sure that everything is ok. We leave on Aug. 26

CALL DISNEY - we needed to make our final payment but couldn't due to a recent car wreck (not our fault), thus we bought a car. They worked with us!!
 
Your travel agent does "own" your reservation though. They are like a reseller.

That is why no online check in for travel agent package buyers :sad1:

You could call Disney as well to see if they are able to do anything as well - but this is the way it was explained to me. However, your travel agent could call Disney on your behalf as the owners of your reservation and let them know the payment may be slightly late.
