Can you make payments on your booked trip at the disney store?

Can you make payments on your trip with a disney gift card?

I know when you use a gift card to buy things from the disneystore.com website it makes you use a credit/debit card to back up the gift card is that the same if you want to use it for payments?

You can't make payments at the Disney Store.

You can use a Disney Gift Card to make payments, just call the Central Reservations Office/WDW Travel Co at 407-wdisney. Note: There are 2 types of Disney Gift Cards 1. Is WDW Gift Card 2. Disney Shopping Gift Card. To my knowledge only the WDW gift card is accepted as payment for WDW travel packages at this time. The Disney Shopping Gift Card can be used for booking packages at Disneyland only.

Just did a quick run through on a Disney Package online at Disneydotcom. It says you can use a Disney Gift Card, doesn't say what kind. So now maybe you can use both.
