Payment problems on the Disney Website?

Hello all!

I have been trying to make a payment online for my vacation in November. When I click 'make a payment' there are no options listed on the next screen. (Like how much to pay, payment options, etc).

Now yesterday I was able to take advantage of the Visa Free Dining promo (yay!) and paid the $200 on my Disney Visa. I was able to call and apply a gift card that I have (and I have a few more to apply too) to my balance.

I do not have my total due until September 29, but I would like to pay it in full tonight, lol!! (and online without hanging on the phone)

Has anyone else run into this problem on the website?

The problem may be that your changes have been completely applied to your reservation yet, and is locking you from taking action on the account.

We had that happen last year when we added dining, we had to wait about 3 days before we could make payments on it again.

For the last few trips I've given up on making payments online. I always had problems, and a couple of times while my payment was processing it got stuck in a clocking pattern for so long that I had to just close the window, but then I didn't know if they payment had gone through or what so I had to call and wait to talk to someone. Now we use the automated phone payment system and so far so good.

Thank you both for your responses! I was able to access my payment information online tonight, but I still was unable to get it to process. (Basically the option was there, but would not go through)

So I bit the bullet and called to apply my gift cards and now I am paid in full! Even though my due date was September 29, lol.....!
