Payment Due date?

If my ressie states balance Due Feb 15, 2013 Can I pay it on the 15th or does it have to be paid by the 14th? I am asking because of how our payrolls fall. I planned paying off on the morning of the 15th but don't want to lose it for understanding the date wrong.

If it says it is due on the 15th, then it is due on the 15th..........

Yes you can pay on the day of the 15th.
