Payless?

People used to report bad experiences with Payless...is that still the case? Saving money is important but not if i have to pay with a huge hassle. Thanks for any experiences you can share!

I haven't used them, but they are a national agency, so I'd think they would be ok. However, to me its a lot more convenient to use an agency that is located at the airport in the garage. Unless something has changed, Payless is not, so you'd have to shuttle in and out.
