I found a bargain price on car rental for December 12-16. Has anyone heard or dealt with this company?

I found a bargain price on car rental for December 12-16. Has anyone heard or dealt with this company?
Any info appreciated.

I did use this company in June.

I also used Thrifty but Payless had an unbeatable price so I took a chance and well it wasn't that bad.

They were out of compacts so I got a PT cruiser instead.

The LAX one was near the Thrifty and they don't have as many buses but the cost was CHEAP!
