Paying your wedding with Disney visa?

Hi,
Just curious... I'm trying to figure out which credit card to pay my weddings with. Do you know if the disney visa card have a limitation on how much $ back you could get per year?

I know that some cards has limits but not sure about disney... does anybody know?

I found the answer... just in case anybody else is wondering $750 max/year...

So how does that work? I have a Disney card, but our wedding is over the limit, would I be able to make a payment, then pay off the card with what I saved, then keep that going until its paid off?

Also, how soon after that do you get the points? We could use that towards our honeymoon

I believe you could make several payments to DFTW. Say your wedding is going to cost 15k, and your limit is 5. You could make 3 payments to DFTW and still get the points. I'm not sure how DFTW handles it when you make multiple payments, if you could spread them out over a couple months, or if you would need to make them all closer to the 30 days out payment deadline. I know my parents looked into it, but in the end just paid for the wedding in one lump sum on their Amex card.

you can do multiple payments. we used 2 different cards to pay ours so i know this won't be a problem. they have you fill out a ccard form and fax it to them and they'll charge whatever you want on it!

I dont know about intimates, but my wishes wedding was paid for with my parents disney visa

For wishes wedding they give us a paper to fax or email in with cc # info.
Not sure about intimate tho sorry.

you can pay for an intimate with a credit card and you can make multiple payments. Last year for our wishes wedding we did 3 payments - just tell them when you want to pay and they're more than happy to charge your card!! We had 800 points total by the time it was all said and done (but we had a couple hundred before we started the wedding process, so we were under the 750 per year limit)

If you want to put off paying until the end, be sure to register for online payments with Chase. You can have FTW do a charge, go online and pay it off (it usually takes abotu 3 days to post) and than they can do the next segment.

I actually plan on paying as much of my wedding as I can this way. putting my savings onto the card, and then paying the bill, and then putting more savings and so on...

I plan on getting as much rewards as I can this way!!!

Questions - I know the limit is 750, but does it expire each year? Like say I request mine from this year in December and then request in like June of next year, Can i use both rewards cards for my trip to Disney in September?
