Paying with Disney gift cards online

is there a trick to it? I've tried different combinations for the account number and it keeps telling me it's invalid. I thought the account number was the first 16 numbers. Do I need to add the security code number too?

Sorry, I wish I could remember. I used Disney gift cards to pay for part of our cruise online. But I can't recall for sure what number I used. I want to say the number was on the back of the card and was really long. If that doesn't work, try it with the security code. If that also doesn't work, I'd call DCL and ask them what they want.

Use the first 12 under account number, not the barcode section. Then where you scratch off. At the beginning is 4 more numbers on the left of the scratch off. That makes your 16 digits. Then to the very right of scratch off portion is the security code. Just make sure you scratch it all off.

This should work as this is what I have always done in the past. Hope it helps.
