Paying oop for kids' meals on dining plan

I have an eleven year old Disney adult this trip that most of the time can't finish a kid's meal. I was hoping to pay out of pocket for her to order off the kid's menu at the following places while the rest of the family uses our dining credits. That way we would end up being able to have an extra table service meal. Do you guys know if any of these places will give us problems?

1) Teppan Edo
2) Chefs de France
3) Tony's Town Square
4) Sci-Fi Diner
5) Be Our Guest

She's saying the 11 year old would be on the dining plan (as an adult), and she'd like to have 11 year old order off the children's menu so they could utilize 11 year old's dining credits elsewhere for themselves.

I'm not sure about Teppan Edo, but the rest aren't likely to be a problem.

You should be fine at all of them. Just tell your server that the one kid's meal will be OOP.

I have never eaten at Teppan Edo but I have had the dining plan and paid out of pocket for multiple meals with kids with no problems whatsoever. I hazard to guess you won't have a problem.

Make sure you tell the server upfront when ordering.

Then take the time to double check what credits where used on the final bill.

Teppan Edo should be fine. They have kids meals there that are just a smaller portion of the adult meal.

Does Disney enforce the 3-9 ages when ordering a kids meal or entree? I also have a ten year old who counts as an adult but would only eat a kids size portion...and Wil probably only eat kids stuff while we are there.
I just didn't know if kids meals are only for 3-9 yo kids!

Almost all of the restaurants will let anyone order from the kids menu, but once in a while someone will post that a restaurant or server will enforce the ages that are printed on the kids' menu so it is best to ask first.
