Paying OOP for ADRs

We have the dining plan but we have too many TS meals for it to cover all of them. I was thinking that we would pay OOP for the Plaza (because it seems to be the least expensive) and Cindys (since it is 2 TS credits) - does this seem to make the most sense?

We always pay for the cheapest (i.e. Plaza, Sci-Fi (lunch)) and any that take up 2 TS credits. So yeah, we do what you're planning.

This is what we do. We like Beaches & Cream, but we never use our credits here. We pay out oop and use the 2 credits for Yatchsman Steakhouse.

If we take the dining plan, we´re planning on doing the exact same thing.

I agree with everyone else, you are doing the right thing. It would be silly to pay with credits for the Plaza if you are short on credits. You may even be able to share some entrees at those places which would make your tab cheaper.
