Paying off

We just booked our February trip with the Disney Visa. Are you only able to cash in rewards for the amount that has been paid off? Or does it only matter what you have charged?

I believe you receive rewards for what you've paid off, though I may be mistaken about this since we pay our bill off every month (don't carry a balance forward). I've wondered this myself tho in case we do carry a balance in the future.

You receive rewards based on what is charged to your card each month. Doesn't matter if you carry a balance or not.

When using the card does it have to be at disney? or can I use it as an everyday purchase at the commisary or walmart or something?If so will I still get the points?

The Disney Visa is a Chase Visa, you can use it any where that accepts Visa.
