paying off reservation

We mailed a check on 10/7 for final payment. As of today the check has not cleared and this was our last day to make the payment. Called Disney last night and was told not to worry because they will send you a letter before they cancel your reservation. Any advice on how to handle this.

Just have them note it on your file. The check would not even arrive in Orlando until Tuesday because of the holiday. I imagine it will take them a few days to process and a few more days to get back to your bank. If it does not clear in another week then I would wonder.
