Paying off our cruise in GBP

We booked our first cruise for end of may this year and paid in full at the time. However I have just added an email telling me that 8 pence (11cents) is owing (I assume due to port taxes changing???) And needs to be paid by Friday.

Only problem is I get charged for making foreign currency transactions and so paying this 8 pence off is likely to cost me something like £20. Does anyone know of any other way to pay this, or a cheap contact number for the UK?

We have Disney Visa just to use on our Disney trips. We always have a rewards balance and use it when making these little adjustment charges.
