As far as transfers, try Tiffany Towncar. I have heard good things about them, although I have never used them myself. And then obviously you will be using WDW transportation.

Are you going to have 5 full days to go to the parks (i.e. arriving very early first day/departing late on the last day) or are those going to be nonpark days or what?? Are you planning to attend MNSSHP? I would assume so since you are going during Halloween. I know that there are a couple of good threads over at the Theme Parks Board about MNSSHP... check out over there for ticket buying information.

Check out RIGHT NOW, how far in advance you can make you Hoop de Doo reservations. They do change this occasionally, but I have heard of it being VERY FAR in advance (up to a year or so). That would probably be the first reservation to make, along with your room reservation. You can make your room reservation way in advance, and then change/modify it if you find a code for a better price.

As far as which parks on which days, you would have to look at "historical park hours" to get an idea of when the parks will be open then, and then plan your days. It would seem that you will have enough time to see at least a portion of each park. If you are planning on going to the parks EVERY DAY, it probably would benefit you to get the UPH along with your room. Otherwise definitely look into Park Hopper tickets.

I don't know if October is considered value season or not, but I was able to book 5 nights at the Pop Century for $343.40 using my AAA discount. That's tax included. If you don't have AAA, it's worth getting it just for the room discount.
