Paying for WDW annual pass

Does anyone know if you can use Disney Visa Card Rewards toward an annual pass?

You should - the Disney Visa Rewards card acts just like a gift card.

If not, can't you pay on card and when bill comes in pay it with the points? However, I believe you can!

If I purchased a discounted 4-day hopper through DVC rental store, can I upgrade that to an Incredipass?
And would I want to do that before I go or during my 4 days or is there a better time? I assume sooner the better to start using any discounts?

Yes, you can upgrade. The credit towards upgrade will be the price WDW sold the same ticket online on the date you purchased from the reseller. Note that if a price increase has occurred since then you will pay that.

You can upgrade at any point prior to park close on the day you used the last entry. No need to use the ticket first. As you suggest upgrading earlier in your trip allows you to use the perks.
