If you book a room using a Disney VISA code I know you have to pay the deposit with the VISA, but can you pay the balance using reward dollars/points?

Thanks!

I booked a Disney visa code and paid 1 night deposit on D. visa. We were asked for a (any?) credit card when checking in for park charging and the other nights. The morning we checked out, our bill came showing all the charges. It stated we could do nothing and put it on the card, or settle up at the front desk. I left it all on the card, but it seemed we could have paid another way at the front desk. Hope this helps.

I was told that in order to get the 100 Disney dollars at check in the whole trip had to be charged to the Disney Visa.

WOW!!

100 Disney Dollars at check in!! That is great!!

Do you know if they are still offering this?? How would I go about booking this?? I was just talking about getting a DV for our trip in August.

THanks

The 7/5 Disney Visa extra is $25/room I'm pretty sure the room charge must be on the Disney Visa. Once you get there, I think the charging to the room stuff can be put on another credit card.

I'm not 100% sure but I think this was the 7-for-4 deal offered to people that applied for the Disney Visa in February & March. You had to apply for the card by March 31 and book the package by April 30. It included $100 Disney Dollars at check-in if you paid for the package with your Disney Visa. A very nice deal.

We've had our Disney Visa since Day One so we couldn't get this deal. I booked the 5+2 Package Deal (open to anyone) and applied a code for Disney Visa cardholders that gives $25 Disney Dollars at check-in if you pay for the package with your Disney Visa. I'll take it - every little bit helps. ;)

I've paid my deposit on Disney Visa...but I'm going to try to put the balance on my AMEX.....the rewards for Disney Visa are poor in my opinion compared to my AMEX.....I have the visa just incase somebody doesn't take AMEX....
