Booked room only at Santa Fe and payment is due this week. I gave card details when I booked - do they charge it automatically, or do I need to call again to pay it.
i had booked in April giving my partner's English credit card details and payment was supposed to be around august 16th (holiday in Italy but not in England).
Anyway, we were sure evrything had been allright BUT when we came back home after a short break on the coast we found a letter from DLP saying that the CC had refused payment and if we had not sent money before August 25th (this was the 22nd) the holiday would had been canceled
Do i need to say i was in panic??
Anyway i rang DLP, a very nice lady told me not to worry she would had tried to bill the cc again and anyway we could had arranged the payment in a different way if cc would still had refused it.
To cut it short, we had to bill my Italian CC because the English one refused to pay for the whole amount (the payment for it had been late in June because of a strike of the Italian Bank) but in the meantime she asked for my mobile number saying if there would had still been problems i would had been called from the Commercial Office to sort them out.
This to say if there are problems with your payment they contact you and are very supportive to helpyou sort them out
