Paying for resort with Disney Visa

Hello, I just got a Disney Visa for my upcoming trip in January. I understand there is a perk of 6 months no interest when paying for your stay at Disney resorts. I might want to take advantage of this but I paid my deposit with a different card. Does anyone know if the 6 months no interest will still apply if I pay the balance with Disney Visa?

It should apply. Just note, the 0% financing is only for package reservations, not room-only reservations - you didn't state what type of reservation you have.

If using Disney Visa for a WDW resort package works the same as using it for a DCL cruise, each payment you make will get its own 6-month 0% interest payment window, starting the date you make the payment, not from the closing date of that cycle. Your statement will show how much you need to pay to avoid interest charges, although of course you can pay it in full whenever you want.

Thank you, unfortunately I got the card too late i think. I’ve been checking regularly and there is consistently no availability for the visa discount rate. I“ll keep checking!
