paying for parkhopper with rewards card-

Hey everyone- DH and I are headed to WDW for our annual 3 day anniversary trip next month and I plan to pay for one of our parkhopper passes with my Disney Visa rewards points. Just tried to put them in my cart here, but when I go to check out there is not an option to use my rewards points. Can anyone tell me how to do that? Do I need to wait until we get there to purchase our park hoppers??

We used a rewards card for our PHs last summer, but we did it in person at the ticket booth. I'm curious to know an answer to this question too.

Anyone have an answer for me? If I wait and buy the tic there will I still get a 4th day free with the 3 day parkhopper??
Wondering if I should move this thread to the theme park board...

tried here on the dis- no option for rewards card- just credit cards

You cannot buy tickets directly from the DIS.

The info on the site (which is unofficial) links to the officialticketcenter.com, which is a sponsor (and alos unofficial).

They do not accept disney rewards points.

If you buy from Undercover Tourist using your Disney Visa you'll still get the 1%. Then you can just transfer your rewards over to you Disney Visa rewards card.

In order to use your rewards you must redeem them first so the reward money is put on your reward card. Don't confuse your reward card with your Disney Visa credit card, it's not the same thing.
