Paying for meals with a Disney Gift Card?

Just wondering if anyone knows if we can pay for our meals with a Disney Gift Card?
Are there are any restaurants that do NOT take the gift card (TS, CS, and snack carts)?
Can you leave a tip on the gift card (like you can with a credit card)?

Yes, any of the restraunts in the parks and/or resorts. That's what I do so I don't have to carry cash around for tips, meals or snacks. Any cart that can take a credit card will take a gift card too. I understand there are a few carts around the parks that are only cash sales, but sorry I don't know them offhand. I had no trouble using my gift card all week everywhere we went.

I'm pretty sure about 95% of all of Disney World accepts Disney Gift cards & Disney Rewards cards as payments. I think there are a few snack carts and a few places in Down Town Disney that do not accept it as payment. We had both and used them just about everywhere we went. As far as tipping, I can't remember exactly. I want to say that yes, there was a spot to include a tip on the receipt, but I'm not 100% sure. Someone else will have to chime in on that.
