I am booking a large family trip
and we are DVC members so I am not sure how something works when booking a package online for non-DVC. My family members are booked in 2 rooms at POP Century and I booked the Dining Plan for them(2008). I made both room/ticket etc. reservations online and paid the deposit. When I was given the total due for each package, it included the amount for the Dining Plan. I thought that the Dining Plan is paid for at check-in. So, do I subtract the Dining Plan amount from the total due after deposit amount when paying the balance 45 days in advance???? I just want to be able to tell them when and where everything is due and I can't find the answer anywhere. So if you have booked online, please let me know if you paid the remaining balance INCLUDING the Dining Plan or did you pay the balance due MINUS the Dining Plan and paid for the Dining Plan upon check-in? And did you received some sort of bill in the mail letting you know all of the amounts and how and when to pay for everything. Thank you so much in advance.
