Hi Guys,

Here's a question for all of you intimate brides out there regarding your final payment. I know I've seen it mentioned on the board numerous times from custom brides that they received a BEO for their final bill. Do intimates receive one as well?

Technically the last bit of our intimate are due tomorrow, but I have yet to receive anything from DFTW. Do I just wait until I recieve the BEO, or should I attempt to contact my WC and pay the bill in full tomorrow over the phone?

Any answers would be great. Thanks! :upsidedow

I would call today and ask what you need to do. I have heard of some brides not receiving a BEO until 10 days out. I was under the impression you paid when you received your BEO.

I have also heard of brides sending their estimated costs on the due date and then paying the difference or receiving a refund, whichever applied.

The only way to know for sure though is to call your planner.

Our Intimate wedding is on January 20th and we received our final BEO on December 22nd. Then our WP went on holiday and I had some changes, so we made our final payment today.

It's good to get in touch with your planner, but rest assured, they will contact you and it will get taken care of before your big day! :goodvibes

I know my final bill isn't due for a while yet, thank god;) But I was wondering...If I go by the wish book and don't add on any extras, will my bill be the same as I have budgeted for? I mean I don't want any nasty surprises 30 days before the wedding.

This is what I have booked

Intimate at SBP
MK photo shoot
Honeymoon shoot as trade as Randy Chapman is taking our Wedding photos.

That is all, no extras from Disney itself. Videography is STVS, Cosmetology is BeauteSpeciale. I'm just taking the standard Intimate Wedding Package.

So do you think I am safe enough, no costs that I haven't been advised of sneaking in?

Just remember Florida salesd tax and you should be fine. Florida tax can be pretty steap.

I *believe* at Disney it's 6.5%. That's how much it is when you buy stuff at Downtown Disney anyway (I have an old receipt here). I don't see why it would be any different for wedding sales tax.
