Hi Guys & Girls.... :)

Well its time to pay the balance of our booking today,

We have booked with Complete Orlando - Flights & Hotel on one booking, would we be safer paying by Credit Card just in case anything happens to them between now and when we travel or I am just as safe paying on my Debit card, they dont charge any extra for credit cards so that isnt an issue with them ( excellent company ) :thumbsup2

There is a guide to Section 75 here http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/shopping/section75-protect-your-purchases
It suggests you would not be able to claim for flights booked via a travel agent, you would claim thru the ATOL scheme but read thru and see what you think.
Saying that if they are not charging anything to pay by credit card I would, I paid mine off a few weeks back, earned 2,500 virgin airmiles so well worth paying credit card for me.

Yes we always pay by credit card due to the cover you get from the consumer credit act. As we book DIY as well we feel better doing this as well.

We use our tesco card to get club card points like Wayne does for the Virgin points.

Debit cards are not covered the same way as credit cards are.

dont have a CC so have to use debit card:confused3. Im sure CO will not go bumP.Well I hope not:scared1:

As you booked a package then I believe you are covered by ATOL. But if you book flights and accommodation separate then best to use a CC so you have some protection if things go wrong.

I always pay with a cc which will give me something back(this time VA airmiles), then i will switch it to a 0% card, keep the money in a savings account and pay off bit by bit until interest free runs out. Only problem this year for us is the interest rates are so poor it might not be worth our while.
