I got an email that my balance is due but when I log into my Disney experience there is no where that shows the balance and I can't find where to pay? I'd pay over the phone but that's impossible to get through. What am I missing here?
EH it's super glitchy. If you have a package reservation, it should show in your reservation details. Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. Log in using the privacy mode on whatever browser you use and sometimes that makes things work.
