paying bag fees - when?

Flying Airtran tomorrow...to Disney. Will print our boarding passes this PM. When/where do we pay our $25/bag fees? At the airport or when we login to do boarding passes? Can we pay for our return fees at the same time? We will be checking our bags @ hotel (DME) on return. Thanks.

When I flew airtran, you paid the bag fees when you checked the bags at the airport.

Unless you purchased the ticket thru the Southwest website, then the 2 free bags with SW apply.

you are given a card when your dme info is sent to your room the day prior to check out with a number to call and pay your baggage fee for your return flight you give that confirmation number when you get your return boarding passes at the hotel and they take your luggage
