Paying at the Arcades

Here is a question about the Arcade at SSR. Can you pay for tokens using a gift card/room charge, or, is it cash only? Or, are they direct pay, and, again, can you use a gift card/room charge?

I was there this week- we used our room keys (with charging privaleges) to buy points in increments. I don't even know if the machines accepted cash, to be honest!
