Payg usa sim?

Hi, not sure if this is the right place. Does anyone know what is best value USA PAYG SIM to use in phone. Want to be able to stay in touch with my wife around Florida and thought easiest way may be to get a local SIM. Just want voice and text, no need for data.

We use AT&T and if you don't need data they do a 10c/ minute plan.

You can add 200 messages for $5 otherwise they are 20c each to send and receive.
