Yes and it’s very convenient . It’s a regular debit card with your PayPal balance. The worst thing is you have to have funds on the card. It isn’t connected to your checking account like your actual PayPal account is so if you have $20 it won’t allow you to purchase something for $25 and take the $5 out your bank account.

I use ibotta and was going to use it to purchase gift cards. So as long as u don't go over you balance amount is has worked well.
