We just purchased direct at Poly. Disney gave us 45 days to pay off the balance of our contract which is March 31st. I’m using credit cards to pay (and yes they will be paid in full) and really want to pay the last bit on April 1st to push me into Q2 and a new round of rewards. Has anyone ever done this or gotten a penalty if they have? It would be a very small balance left. Just curious what others have experienced if they happened to be ‘late’.

I think if you contact them they will be willing to work with you to extend it slightly. I told my guide I'd try to pay it off in time as I was paying it with a brand new card that needed several business days for the available credit to come back and he said it was flexible

I agree…let them know you want it charged a few days later.

They should be accommodating especially if they have your CC to process it!

Not sure how yours is setup, but my guide has informed in the past year that the X days to pay contracts now require you to have a CC on file for final payment and it's scheduled pretty much when you agree to purchase.

Definitely check with your guide or QA because that final payment is probably scheduled already with your deposit card.

Ours was scheduled in advance with a credit card. We were allowed to change the card to a different one, but since the agreement was already written up they wouldn't let us change the date to pay it early. However, I got other misinformation from my guide, so take it with a grain of salt.
