Pay In Advance?

I know that I have already paid for one night of my trip but if I want to can I call and pay the balance? If so has anyone had any problems after paying off the balance and the resort not knowing it at checkin?

I did this for my trip in July. They will send you out a form ,either by fax or email, and you fill in your details, tick the box for the hotel ,reservation number, CC details and fax it back to them or email.
I saved the form on my comp for future payments for next year

I called and talked to accounting and they gave me my acct number. They gave me the address and I mailed a Money Order for the full amount and just put the acct number they gave me on it.

Then they emailed me a copy of my account balance that shows I have a credit of the amount of our room. I have it printed and am bringing it with us when we go Sept 22 !
